About the Project
MobiliHD is an internal platform designed to manage cases and operational tasks within a real estate company. The system centralizes case tracking, status changes, and team workflows, replacing manual processes with a visual and data-driven interface. I was responsible for building the frontend MVP and later leading a full redesign and refactor to improve usability, maintainability, and development speed.
Project Challenges
Designing a scalable case management UI that could handle large datasets while maintaining performance.
Keeping UI state consistent while synchronizing paginated data and real-time status updates with the backend.
Refactoring a production system without disrupting daily operations or existing user workflows.
Achievements
Delivered a production-ready MVP used internally by a real estate team of fewer than 100 users.
Improved frontend maintainability and iteration speed through a structured refactor and clearer state management.
Reduced development time significantly in the second version by leveraging AI-assisted workflows during refactoring.
