About the Project
TaskBank is an internal platform created to centralize the management of tasks and workflows between different departments. The system replaced dispersed processes and allowed to define tasks with statuses, recurrences, files and automatic reminders. My main responsibility was to design and implement the complete frontend, working together with backend to define flows, statuses and system behavior.
Project Challenges
Implement multiple interaction modes (create, read, edit and clone tasks) within the same flow without compromising usability.
Manage complex states and internal dependencies in an interface with high functional density.
Integrate recurrences, file uploads, notes and email notifications in a coherent and maintainable system.
Achievements
Delivery of a functional platform used by more than 100 internal active users.
Consolidation of workflows and recurring tasks into a single centralized system.
Implementation of a robust UI capable of supporting complex operations without degrading the user experience.
